Care Connection is a health and home care service team that provides reliable, trusted care in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Our services give comfort, reassurance and peace of mind to you and your loved ones.

Our services include personal care, companionship and homemaking with specialized forms of care within each of these areas that help people remain independent in a safer and healthier home environment. 

Our clients families benefit from our services by having input into the decision making process, as well as into the needs of the client. Their family members and friends are able to take breaks from care giver responsibilities. All of these things lend to an increased well being for the client, family and friends.

Care Connection Co-op offers the following services in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

In addition to our services for older adults, we provide services to Veterans Affairs Canada and accept VAC Health Identification cards. We are also an ICBC service provider.

Personal Care Services (Basic & Complex Care)

• Free in-home assessments

• Bathing and grooming

• Assistance with everyday living

Companionship & Respite Care Services

• Transportation and outings

Homemaking Services

• Meal preparation

• Laundry and ironing

• Shopping and errands

• Pet and plant care

Nursing Foot Care Services

• In-home visits by an RN or LPN

• Treatment of foot and nail conditions

• Trimming and filing of toenails

• Relaxing foot soak and message

Palliative Care Services

• Support and care for those with a terminal illness

• In-home support and relief for care-givers

Dementia Care Services

• 24-hour in-home support and relief for care-givers
